Apple TV+ today offered a first look at “Land of Women,” a new six-episode dramedy starring Golden Globe candidate Eva Longoria, who also acts as executive producer, along with iconic cinema and television performer Carmen Maura and newcomer Victoria Bazua.”Land of Women” will appear globally on Apple TV+ in the summer of 2024. To avoid the deadly gangsters to whom Gala’s now-missing husband is indebted, the three ladies hide in the same picturesque wine town in northern Spain where Gala’s mother fled 50 years ago, promising never to return. The women want to start again and keep their identities hidden, but talk in the small village travels swiftly, revealing their darkest family secrets and realities.
