Prime Video has released the official first-look images for On Call, an intense new half-hour police drama series produced by Wolf Entertainment, Amazon MGM Studios, and Universal Television. Co-created by Tim Walsh and Elliot Wolf, On Call marks Wolf Entertainment’s first scripted series for streaming and is set to premiere on January 9, 2025, with all eight episodes available exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories.

The series offers a gripping, adrenaline-fueled look into the lives of officers patrolling Long Beach, California. On Call follows a seasoned officer and a rookie as they confront the complexities and moral dilemmas of law enforcement. Through the use of bodycam, dash-camera, and cellphone footage, On Call brings a visceral, cinema verité style that immerses viewers in the pulse-pounding reality of their patrols.

The cast features Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario as “Traci Harmon,” a tough yet compassionate veteran officer striving to balance her duty to the department with her role as a mentor. Brandon Larracuente (The Good Doctor) stars as “Alex Diaz,” a hopeful rookie whose optimism is tested as he faces the challenging realities of modern policing. Eriq La Salle (ER, Logan) joins as “Sergeant Lasman,” a commanding officer and executive producer who directed multiple episodes, alongside Lori Loughlin (Fuller House) as “Lieutenant Bishop” and Rich Ting (Tulsa King) as “Sergeant Koyama.”
