As a woman in a male dominated industry how have you been able to create a space for yourself and build trust with talent?
As a woman working in this area with affluent, elite men, I accept what has happened and start experiencing both sorrow and love. I think that because I am a woman, men are naturally kind and appreciative of me, which enables me to thrive. Those who work for the NFL preserve and uphold my legacy. Manhatten Studios is a homage to New York City. Because of its contributions to fashion, New York appears to be reputable. The official name of Manhatten Studios is Men House of Style. offers expensive clothing to wealthy men, many of whom are millionaires.

What’s something you wish you had known prior to starting your business?
The thing I wish that I had known was never to place limitations on myself.

What’s one of the biggest highlights that you cherish fondly with the creation of your business?
One of my career high points has to be recovering from being humiliated in front of others. That was a moment for me as a woman because I cried in solitude. But I didn’t let it hold me down. I rose again stronger, wiser, and with more belief in myself.

What was one of the biggest learning moments as an entrepreneur?
One can never learn enough; thus, learning is necessary. Reminiscing on my experiences along the way, I’d have to say: Be willing to fail; be open to new opportunities; never stop creating; be generous; and always have faith in yourself

What’s next for Asiah?
Possibly kid(s) … As I’ve spent a life building my life, I am ready to provide for another life.
