“The Watchers,” written and directed by Ishana Night Shyamalan and based on the novel by A.M. Shine, is the latest creation from producer M. Night Shyamalan. The movie centers on 28-year-old artist Mina, who becomes lost in a vast, uninhabited forest in western Ireland. When Mina takes cover, she unintentionally finds herself stuck with three strangers who are being followed and observed by enigmatic beings every night.

Though invisible to you, they are aware of everything.

Oliver Finnegan (“Creeped Out,” “Outlander”), Olwen Fouere (“The Northman,” “The Tourist”), Georgina Campbell (“Barbarian,” “Suspicion”), and Dakota Fanning (“Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” “Ocean’s Eight”) are the stars of “The Watchers.” Producers of the movie are Nimitt Mankad, Ashwin Rajan, and M. Night Shyamalan. Stephen Dembitzer and Jo Homewood serve as executive producers.

Director of photography Eli Arenson (“Lamb,” “Hospitality”), production designer Ferdia Murphy (“Lola,” “Finding You”), editor Job ter Burg (“Benedetta,” “Elle”), and costume designer Frank Gallacher (“Sebastian,” “Aftersun”) are behind the camera with writer/director Shyamalan. Abel Korzeniowski (“Till,” “The Nun”) is the composer of the music.

“The Watchers,” presented by New Line Cinema, will premiere in theaters across the globe on June 5, 2024, and in North America on June 7, 2024. Warner Bros. Pictures will handle global distribution for the film.
